One series of restructuring programs of human resources in PT Kertas Leces, in April 2008 conducted management training activities Motivation, Leadership and Outbound. By working with HR LPP Malang event held in the 2 periods, 17-20 and 24-27 dated April 2008 is located in Central Java Health Training Murnajati Lawang Village and Plantation Tea Malang PTPN 12 Wonosari Lawang Malang.

With the theme "Paper Leces Changed PT (Persero) Probolinggo in realizing Action Plan 2008-2012", followed by Supervisor Training, Superintendent and Manager. Training period I was opened by the Director of Finance DR. Drs. H. M. Nasir Leha, SE, MBA. In his opening address he said that management deems it necessary to do Training Motivation, Leadership and Outbound is to enhance and strengthen the organization of PT Kertas Leces in facing future challenges and competition is increasingly tough. Besides, he advised that the participants followed this activity with a happy heart and mean it so that later can be implemented in the workplace back from this training.

This training was greeted enthusiastically by the participants, it is marked with a bright face on when he joined the training materials.

Joy and spirit of the radiated when the show entered the outbound activity that began Friday night in preparation and until noon Sunday and end of this training activity.

Before the implementation of self-reflection and closing ceremony, the show first started with debriefing materials "Malcolm Baldridge for Performance Excellent" by the Commissioner of PT Kertas Leces (Persero) Dr. Ir. Parlindungan Sahala Siahaan and Executive Director of the Foundation IQAS Tumpal Siregar, MBA.

The highlight and closing event, the participants handed back by organizing training to the management of PT Kertas Leces (Persero) in this case represented by the Director of Production Ir. Slamet Riyanto, accompanied by joint signature management Production Director, represented by the trainees in a white cloth as a common commitment in promoting PT Kertas Leces (Persero) to the front.
